Behind the scenes: growing, processing, delivering Kosher you trust
We partner with over 30 family-run farms across Ontario—producers who share our values and take pride in raising animals the right way under the Farm Animal Care Programs. With close support and oversight, we help ensure proper diets and good care, so our poultry and livestock grow naturally strong and healthy. Every step is managed in-house—from farm to table—through our Premier Catching Services and Premier Express Lines. Over the years, our 32,000 sq. ft. poultry facility has significantly increased its production capacity to serve our North American markets and our second facility in North York processes our beef and lamb. This vertical integration ensures we can meet increasing demand while keeping quality front and centre. As we grow, our focus remains the same: delivering fresher, cleaner, better Kosher meat —with care you can taste.
