We manage every step—from farm to table—through our Premier Catching Services and Premier Express Lines. Over the years, our 32,000 sq. ft. poultry facility has significantly increased its production capacity to serve our North American markets and our second facility in North York processes our beef and lamb. This vertical integration ensures we can meet increasing demand while keeping quality front and centre. As we grow, we stay focused on delivering fresher, cleaner, better Kosher meat—with care you can taste.

Proudly sourced from local, family-run farms

We partner with over 30 family-run farms across Ontario—producers who share our values and take pride in raising animals the right way under the Farm Animal Care Programs. With close support and oversight, we help ensure proper diets and good care, so our poultry and livestock grow naturally strong and healthy. The result is meat that’s fresh, tender, and full of flavour. And with our strict processing methods, it stays that way longer—so you can enjoy every meal at its best.
